The research of intervention to Internet addictive behavior of teenagers through group psychological tutorship

【Abstract】This research has investigated the effectivity and feasibility of the group psychological tutorship on the youth with internet addiction. The study examined the relationship between internet usage and lack of sleep, feelings of life disorder, mechanism of psychological defense, interpersonal relationship, learning stress, family relationship of teenagers. 17 group psychological tutorships have been conducted to 15 junior middle school students with Internet addiction within 3 months. The results showed that: usage of internet has negative influence on teenagers. Group psychological tutorship is effective in changing the Internet addictive behavior of the youth and also improving their social relationship, mechanism of psychological defense and feelings of life disorder observably.
